I am stunned!! That someone not only read my comment, but made a change in shipping! Thank you so much. My daughter goes to school now in Savannah at the College of Art & Design. When I get out there, I love to come up to visit Charleston and one of the things I always do, is find special silver charms for my bracelets. You had a couple of charms that I could find no where else... a sweetgrass basket is not just a basket. So I ordered despite the fact that the shipping was way over what putting a couple charms in an envelope would be. I appreciate your making the change and look forward to continued business. Your website is wonderful. Thanks so much for the offer but it's not necessary to replace my sandollar. I found the perfect spot for it hanging on a wall where I'll get to enjoy it everyday. I really just wanted to pass along the suggestion.
I also want to comment...it's nice to know customer service is still considered important in some stores. You don't find that everywhere, or many places at all for that matter.
